Player Unknown’s Battle Grounds, popularly known as PUBG, is one of the most addictive mobile games around the world. PUBG is a multiplayer battle royale game. PUBG is one of the most loved mobile game in the current time. It is also one of the most dangerous games around as it is highly addictive.

The android version of the game was released in March 2018. It became an instant hit. The game was released on Microsoft Windows in December 2017, since then it has been leading the board for the best game.

The craze of PUBG can be seen among people of all age groups. PUBG is also being used by the tech. Enthusiasts as a useful key for checking/ comparing the performance of various mobiles/laptops launched nowadays. However, it is especially popular among the youth.

Gameplay Description

PUBG objective is the last one surviving among the group of as many as 100 people. It consists of three choices of gameplay, namely CLASSIC ( which is regarded as the real PUBG experience), Arcade(being short gameplay ), Evo ground ( include several other modes like Zombie, infection).

PUBG can be played in a Squad/Duo or Single mode. After parachuting into a giant map, you’ll need to acquire armor to weapons to healing items, most of which are located inside of buildings.

As the game progresses, the safe area in the game decreases. The game becomes more and more challenging. There is a Blue wall that becomes smaller and smaller by time, players outside the blue wall constantly lose their health and this rate increases by time. This wall keeps shrinking after a particular amount of time and players need to get inside it to be in the safe zone.

In another attempt to mix things up, a red circles highlight random danger zones. These areas will be bombed following a countdown, so it’s better that you escape the area entirely as bombs can result in instant death. One can also hide inside of buildings for shelter. As the blue circle becomes smaller and smaller players are left with a smaller region which is amongst the hardest part to survive. The player left at the end wins.

Harmful effects of PUBG

With the increasing number of smartphone users and the growing number of interesting and engaging mobile games, such type of addiction is now being seen in a  large number of people living around the world. PUBG mobile game is one of the worst addictions among the players.

Acting as a master in hindrance in studies

Students addicted to PUBG spend most of their time playing this game. They neglect their studies. Even when they are forced to study by their parents or teachers they are unable to concentrate because playing the game continually slows down the brain activity and decreases the attention span. It also lowers the ability to grasp things.

Hampers the work

The working professionals addicted to PUBG mobile game are also ruining their lives playing this game for a long time. Instead of concentrating on their career, they are hooked to PUBG. Many working professionals take leaves, half day, delay submission of projects, miss important meetings and neglect their job responsibilities because of PUBG addiction.

Has harmful effects on the health of a person

Video game addiction has recently been recognized as a mental health disorder by the World Health Organization (WHO).

People suffering from PUBG addiction have a high risk of developing health issues

Some of them include:

  • Anger and aggressiveness
  • Slowed brain activity
  • Serious mental health issues

such as chronic migraine, weakened eyesight, obesity, insomnia, Alzheimer’s, depression, spondylitis, and schizophrenia. They lose interest in activities that are needed for a healthy living.

PUBG addicts spend several hours a day playing this game. PUBG addicts even forget to eat. People addicted to this game avoid exercising and any other kind of physical activity.

But it doesn’t mean that PUBG is all bad it has some benefits too.

BENEFITS OF PLAYING PUBG

Comparing with Non-Gamers the Gamers Imagination Skill is higher than the other. If we compare the Gamer and a Nongamer the gamer can make a better Decision then a non-gamer because in-game you need to make right decision and make fast decisions then another player.

Scan information faster

A gamer can Scan information faster then Non-Gamer because in games you can very small time to loot or to collect Gun, Ammo, etc. It need to be better scan all the places in the game and only a gamer the scan more faster then a non-gamer.

Improving brain speed

If you play games on Regular bases then it improves your brain speed. In-game you there are a lot of things which you can control at a time. Also, the grey matter present in the brain improves at a faster rate in gamers as compared to non-gamers.

Eyesight improves

Of-course you will feel eye-strain when you play PUBG for a long time. But your eyesight definitely improves as you have to see when the small details around the corners of your phone.

Games also help to seem beneficial in medical background. The doctor give excellence performance who played the game before compare to the non-gamer doctors.

 You know PUBG has most of the things in Grey color. So players can differentiate many Grey color shades as compared to most normal people can’t do it. Such type of people can have a better vision in foggy weather.

So, Definitely PUBG as benefits too, but the addiction to anything is bad.

Set a time for playing PUBG

Time management is very important in life. So you need to give the appropriate time to anything you do whether it is a game or studies.

So, play PUBG but for a limited amount of time do that it doesn’t hinders your daily activities.

Go out with friends

It is also important to play outdoor games. So, you go out with your friends rather than chilling inside your room playing PUBG.

Prepare a proper daily schedule

Preparing a time table is also important. As it helps you to carry out with your daily routine and stay away from anything that hampers your work.

It is also a good idea to view motivational videos as you try to get rid of PUBG addiction. You will find many motivational and inspirational videos online. These videos will help strengthen your will power. You are likely to feel more determined to leave your addiction as you see such videos.

Playing PUBG is not bad at all but the addiction to anything is bad. You need to spend the time very carefully as time is very costly. PUBG mobile game is highly addictive. It is said to be worse than drug addiction. The impact it has on the brain is almost irreversible. It is essential to get rid of its addiction. Try to be in the real world more than the virtual world.
