The basic requirement for CSC Registration

  1. Applicant should have a valid Aadhaar and PAN number.
  2. Applicant should be a village youth above 18 years of age.
  3. Applicant must have passed the 10th level examination from a recognized board as a minimum level of educational qualification.
  4. Applicant should be fluent in reading and writing the local dialect and should also have basic level knowledge of English language.
  5. Applicant should have prior knowledge in basic computer skills would be a preferred advantage.
  6. Applicant should be motivated enough to be a prime driver of social change and disperse his/her duties with utmost dedication and honesty.

Registration Fee for CSC Registration

There is no registration fee for CSC Registration. But you have to purchase the required equipment on own.

Documents needed for CSC Registration

  • Copy of highest educational certificate
  • Proof of Identity
  • Proof of Address
  • Canceled copy of the cheque
  • Pan Card Copy
  • CSC Centre Photos (Inside and Outside)

System Requirement

  • At least 120 GB Hard Disc Drive.
  • At least 512 MB RAM.
  • D/DVD Drive.
  • UPS PC with Licensed Windows XP-SP2 or above operating system.
  • With 4 hrs battery backup/Portable Genset.
  • Printer/ Colour Printer.
  • Web cam/digital camera.
  • Scanner.
  • Internet connection with at least 128 kbps speed for browsing & data uploading over the internet.

How to do CSC Registration?

Nowadays everything is going online so, CSC registration is done online, online CSC registration is the only one ways for CSC Registration. Before applying for CSC center you need all the discussed document. Then you should read all guidelines provided by CSC.

You must have scanned copy of all the discussed documents.

Steps for CSC registration.

First Step:

You need to open the official website for registration.

Link: https://register.csc.gov.in/ 

Currently, CSC is not accepting the new application (30-04-2019). If you are seeing this post after the mentioned date then click on the link and check whether CSC is accepting the new application or not.

 

Second Step:
After visiting the link, you will see a similar page on the screen. Now find a button called CLICK HERE TO REGISTER and click on that button.

Third Step:

Now you will see a similar screen after clicking on that button. now read the instructions and terms and conditions carefully.

Then submit the asked detail like

  • Your Name
  • Your Aadhaar no
  • Authentication type
  • Captcha

then click on the “submit” button.

Fourth Step: 

After the successful authentication, you will be redirected to this page where you have to fill your complete details.

You have to fill the following details

  • Kiosk Details
  • Personal Details
  • Residential Details
  • Banking Details
  • Documents and Infrastructure Details

After filling all details click on NEXT button.

Fifth step:

I this step you need to upload the scanned copy of PAN Card and Canceled cheque and fill the banking details.

Upload the scanned copy of your recent photo.

 

Seventh Step:

Now you have to fill infrastructure details

Eighth Step:

After filling all the details and before final submission you need to agree with all terms of CSC. So just check all the terms.

Ninth Step:

Lastly, you have to review the application form and have to check all the details again. After reviewing the details they can click on the “Confirm & submit” button.

Final Step:

After the submission of all the details, a reference ID/ application number will be generated. Once candidates finally submit the application they receive an acknowledgment email regarding the application form on the email ID provided during the registration process.

How to check CSC application status?

After successful registration of CSC. if you want to track your application then you can follow these steps.

These steps to be followed

  • First, you need to visit the official website of CSC (https://www.csc.gov.in)
  • On the opened page you need to click on “click here to check” link under the option “Account Status”
  •  Then you have to fill required details like Aadhaar No., Name, Authentication type and have to click on Submit button after entering the captcha code
  • On clicking the submit button, the application status will appear on the screen.
