For many people, getting a good night’s sleep becomes a part of their bucket lists. They have tried everything a new aromatic candle, soothing music, a new pillow, herbal tea but nothing seems to work. Because the reason might be the food we consume before we sleep and not our habits.

Night sleep is one of the most essential and important parts of our routine, we grow in our sleep, dream about things we love, energize and relax our body and our brains are totally active during this time. Too much of any liquid disrupts sleep with trips to the bathroom – including water. There is such a thing as too much water, so limit the amount of water you drink before sleeping.


Not entirely surprising, cause all of us already know that coffee helps us stay awake. And nowadays and students and working professionals have to drink coffee at night to help them stay awake and complete their and students study before their exams. So, while coffee can energize you and be a great wake up call in the morning, try avoiding that cup of coffee at night.
