The film’s song Wakhra Swag has already impressed the audience a lot and we have the same hopes from the movie too.

Judgemental Hai Kya- Storyline :

The story of Judgemental Hai Kya revolves around a girl, Bobby (Kangan Ranaut) who is mentally sick. Bobby suffers from acute psychosis since the death of her parents in her childhood. She is a dubber in movie industries and has dubbed for many renowned faces. The problem with Bobby is that when she dubbs and character for any film, she gets so engrossed in the character that she starts considering herself as the same and even start acting like that character. Bobby sometimes acts as a horror film heroine and sometimes a policewoman and much more. Bobby once assaults a coworker and was also sent to a mental asylum for three months for the incident. Bobby yearns to be an actress herself. She has got photographs of all the characters she has ever dubbed for. The major twist happens when Bobby’s renters Keshav (Rajkumar Rao) and Rima (Amyra Dastur) enter her life. Keshav and Rima are a loving couple who are deeply in love with each other. Bobby develops a strange interest in their love story and particularly in Keshav. She finds him weird at times. All goes good when suddenly a murder occurs. Bobby is sure that Keshav has done the murder. She tries to make the inspector believe this but Keshav blames her instead.

Now, who of the two is the culprit? Is it just Bobby extravagant thinking or something else? Wee, I won’t answer these and spoil the suspense for you. The rest is up to you to find out when you watch the movie.

Judgemental Hai Kya Movie review :

With a rating of 6.3/10 on IMDb, Judgemental Hai Kya is all set to entertain the viewers with an appreciable screenplay, effective direction and visibly good performance bu Kangana Ranaut and Rajkumar Rao.

Kangana’s role is the backbone of the film. She is the support that holds the entire movie and she has definitely done her job good. Even Rajkumar Rao has done appreciable work and complemented Kangana in every respect. Though the supporting cast of the movie is not that strong, Kangana and Rajkumar have proved that they are capable enough to take the entire movie on their shoulders and Prakash’s direction has made up for all that could have missing.

The movie will take you a ride of comedy, horror, suspense, surprise, drama, and everything.

The first half of the film is more on the side of comedy and horror but the movie has no lack of suspense elements. The comedy moments of the film are really good and many times the actors will make you laugh without even saying anything.

The screenplay of the movie is really strong. The movie is able to keep up the suspense till the end and that too without losing the interest of the audience.

Though in the middle of the movie you may feel that it is stretching too much, the movie soon comes back on track.

The movie also a satire on Indian society and gives us an overview of the lives of people with mental instability. The storyline has shown this reality very well.

Beside Kangana’s acting and the comedy scenes of the movie, another good part of the movie is its songs. The song of the movie, Wakhra Song will be heard for months in almost all the parties you go to. This movie has given another party item of the year.

Though the movie is not expected to be a blockbuster or to break records, it is an above-average and more on the good side and Bollywood has perhaps given a good comedy item after a long time.

Altogether, Judgemental Hai Kya is worth a watch and if you are a Kangana Ranaut fan, this movie is not for you to miss. She is indeed a treat to the eyes to watch her again on the big screen and her acting in the movie is something you shouldn’t miss.
