Trailer Review:

As the trailer starts, we are taken to a theatre stage where the play of Ramayana is going on. The character of Sita is missing and as the actors call on for Sita the person who appears as Sita shocks us all. This is the point where Ayushamann Khurana makes his entry in the trailer dressed as Sita and talking in a girlish voice.

We are then introduced to Ayushmann's father. His father does not like his son playing female roles in the theatres and criticizes him for the same. We also get to know Ayushmann's love interest in the movie. Later, we see that acting like female characters on the stage bores Ayushmann and goes in search of a job. He says that he can do any job except getting pregnant.

He talks about the talents of a common man. the employer asks him to give a demo for working as a call girl and the way Ayushmann talks on the phone leaves him in shock. Ayushmann gets the job of the call girl at the call centre and the name of his character is Puja.

Ayushmann talks in a very seducing and alluring manner and soon Puja gets famous among the men of the city and men get madly in love with Puja. Ayushamnn ha no idea about what is coming for him till the situation gets extreme. Men are ready to fight for Puja. Soon, Ayushmann's girlfriend also gets to know about Puja though she is not aware that her boyfriend is the real person behind the name.

The movie is all about Ayushmann, Puja and the complications in his life due to the people who have fallen in love with Puja.

The story of the movie is based on a really interesting concept. There are many men around, especially in villages who lack female interaction in their lives and often resort to such call centres to fulfil their demands. At times they even get into traps and face losses. The movie 'Dream Girl' throws light on such men. It highlights the extent to which men are desperate for female interaction and how people can take advantage of that.

The movie highlights this thing through comedy and the trailer gives hope that Bollywood is really bringing some good comedy piece on the big screen.

Balaji Telefilms has recently released many films based on new concepts like 'Judgemental Hai Kya', 'Jabariya Jodi', etc. The audience has given a good response to these movies and we expect the same from the 'Dream Girl' movie as well.

The trailer shows some really good comedy scene and this lifts our hopes high. The entire time when Ayushmann talks as a girl is funny in itself and Ayushmann has done his job really well.

Ayushmann is a National Award-winning actor and he always shows real good piece of his talent on the big screen. Watching him again on the big screen in a comedy movie will surely be a treat to the eyes.

The supporting cast of the movie is not that strong but they complement well with Ayushmann. Their combination with Ayushmann's acting and comedy timing will for sure make our stomachs ache with laughter.

Ayushmann's appearance as a girl in the trailer is also an interesting thing to look at.

Besides, the trailer introduces two songs of the movie and one of them is really good. We see Ayushmann and his love interesting dancing on a festival. That song and its entire setup is good to look at.

One bad thing about the trailer is that it has revealed almost everything about the movie and there is no suspense element left.

Altogether, from the trailer of 'Dream Girl', we have got high hopes from the movie. The trailer has been able to leave us waiting in hopes of some good comedy.
